Certified Organic/Biodynamic (in France). Hand picked. Whole-cluster for 2 weeks in concrete vats. The free run and press juice are blended then aged in used 500L demi muids barrels for 6 months. The wine is bottled by hand. Unfined. Unfiltered. No SO2 added.
